The Okinawa Shorin Matsubayashi Ryu Karate , is one of the most reputed martial arts organisations in the world.

The Okinawa Shorin Matsubayashi Ryu Karate Do Federation Kyokai Yobukan of India was founded on 2nd July 1992 in Karnataka State. It began in our school in 2006 under the guidance of Shihan Saseendran. He is a National Referee, who is now a Black belt 6th Dan in Karate and 3rd Dan in Kobudo. Our Grandmaster of Indian is Hanshi Raveendran who is in black belt 9th dan and 6th dan in kobudo.

Over the years,the association has grown to have more than 50,000, among whom many hundreds of students have been awarded black belts. We proudly have 10 students from our school too who have received black belt. Our association is proud to be training around 11000 students from age 5 and above.

This association has successfully trained several thousands of young and old in the art of self- defence. It has also trained the young minds in the art of self-control and discipline. The association has opened more than 700 branches all over India.

The students of the association have participated in various State, National and International level tournaments and have won more than 7000 medals and 74 overall championships.
